In the near future, Manns will be contacted by the police to provide a detailed account of the incident, and she may file an official report. Despite the senselessness of the act, Manns has suffered considerable emotional distress, and someone ultimately needs to be held accountable for the cat's abduction. At this time, Manns is prepared to personally visit neighboring homes and question residents, as she is not willing to forgive the unknown perpetrator so easily.
