Biography of Stefan and Tyler Delp

Stefan and Tyler Delp were born in Pennsylvania, South Jersey, to Tim Delp and Nancy Hoffman. From the moment Nancy had her ultrasound at 14 weeks pregnant, they knew that their twins were not going to be ordinary. The ultrasound revealed that the babies were conjoined at the head, a rare condition known as craniopagus. Despite the low survival rate of 5%, Tim and Nancy were determined to continue with the pregnancy.

The initial plan was to separate the twins, and this option was discussed for the first three years of their lives. However, due to the high risk involved, it was ultimately decided that the operation would not be performed. Reflecting on the past when they were advised to consider terminating the pregnancy, Nancy said, "I can't even kill a fly, let alone think about abortion. If my babies were meant to die, I wanted it to happen in my arms."

All the educators and mentors who have worked with Stefan and Tyler have nothing but praise for them. They are hardworking, well-behaved, and intelligent. However, their parents prioritize their social adaptation and happiness over their academic achievements. Tim and Nancy, in their interviews, often express their pride in their unique sons, stating that they have surpassed their dreams. "These children have simply exceeded our expectations," Nancy and Tim admit.
