Biography of Stephane Dion
Stephane Dion, the leader of the Liberal Party of Canada, is a renowned politician hailing from the French-speaking region of Quebec. He was born on September 28, 1955, making him 51 years old. Dion graduated from Laval University with a degree in Political Science and went on to obtain his doctoral degree from the Paris Institute of Political Studies.
Political Career
Dion began his political career under the mentorship of former Prime Minister Jean Chretien. In 1996, he was elected to the House of Commons, where he served as a member for seven years.
