Tanner Buchanan: Early Life and Career
Tanner Buchanan, an American actor and singer, rose to fame for his portrayal of Timothy in the film "If I Stay." His acting debut came in 2006, with five episodes of the American soap opera "One Life to Live," where he played Ted Becker.
Breakthrough with "If I Stay"
In 2008, Buchanan made his feature film debut as the lead in the musical film "If I Stay," an adaptation of Shakespeare's "A Midsummer Night's Dream." He also lent his vocals to the film's soundtrack.
Education and Music
Buchanan graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles, in 2009. He is the lead singer of the electronic punk rock band "The Guts" and is openly gay.
