Early Life and Education
Born in Moldova, this politician completed high school in 1984. In 1985, she pursued higher education at the "Alecu Russo" Bălți Pedagogical Institute, graduating in 1990 with a degree in Child Pedagogy and Psychology.
Career in Education and Social Services
After graduating, she worked in a kindergarten and later at the Dondușeni Department of Social Welfare.
Political Initiation
Her political journey began in 1994 as a member of the Communist Party of the Republic of Moldova (PCRM). She primarily worked with youth outreach programs, demonstrating her left-leaning political beliefs.
Parliamentary Career
In 2001, she became the director of the Dondușeni Territorial Social Insurance Fund. In 2009, she was elected as a PCRM representative in the Parliament of Moldova. She served on the Health and Social Issues Commission.
Party Affiliation and Ideological Beliefs
From 1998 to 2012, she held various ideological leadership positions within the PCRM. She was elected as a member of the Dondușeni District Council and the City Council during this period.
In 2012, she joined the Renaissance Party, becoming a member of its bureau.
