Early Life and Education
Tatiana Lyalyina was born on February 12, 1994, in Dnipropetrovsk, Ukraine. From a young age, she displayed a passion for the arts, developing talents in singing, playing musical instruments, and songwriting. Her love for theater eventually led her to pursue acting.
After graduating from high school, Lyalyina moved to Kyiv, Ukraine, and enrolled in the prestigious Karpenko-Kary Kyiv National University of Theater, Cinema and Television. She honed her craft under the guidance of renowned actor and teacher Mykola Rushkovsky, who has nurtured talents such as Serhiy Strelnikov and Olga Sumskaya.
Music and Acting Career
Lyalyina did not abandon her love for music during her studies. She continued to perform her own songs and even showcased this aspect of her talent onscreen. In the melodrama "Krivoye Zerkalo Dushi," she contributed songs she authored, including "U Zerkala" and "Vy Skazhite Mne."
Lyalyina's acting debut came in 2012 with a role in the TV series "Lektsii dlya Domokhozyaek." Her breakout performance, however, arrived in the 2013 melodrama "Krivoye Zerkalo Dushi," where she portrayed the lead role of Olga Terentyeva.
To date, Lyalyina has starred in over ten film projects, including "Pokal Stanitsa Spit," "Uznay Menya, Esli Smozhesh," and the costume drama "Ekaterina. Vzlet." In "Ekaterina. Vzlet," she brought to life the role of Princess Sophia-Dorothea, who later became Grand Duchess and Empress Maria Feodorovna.
Theater Career
In 2016, Lyalyina joined the Moscow theater company Sovremennik. Her performances have included Ani in "The Cherry Orchard" by Anton Chekhov, the maid in "Pygmalion" by Bernard Shaw, Marina in "Amsterdam" by Alexander Galin, and Patricia Holman in "Three Comrades" based on Erich Maria Remarque's novel.
Personal Life
Lyalyina keeps her personal life private. According to her social media accounts, she is currently unmarried and splits her time between Kyiv and Moscow due to her involvement in various television projects.
Through her Instagram account, Lyalyina shares glimpses of her daily life, posting casual photos that include selfies, cropped or blurry shots that capture her lighthearted nature.
Current Projects and Filmography
Lyalyina continues to be an active actress, primarily in melodramatic and military-themed series. In 2018, she starred in the drama "Nenastie" as Tanya Kudelina and had a supporting role in the war drama "Koridor Bessmertiya."
A historical melodrama titled "Nyanya" is set to premiere in 2018, with Lyalyina portraying a young woman who takes care of orphaned children during a turbulent period in history.
Despite the scheduled premiere, fans remain skeptical as the film has been in production since 2015.
