Tino Chrupalla was born on April 14, 1975, in Weißwasser, East Germany.

Professional Background

After completing his education, Chrupalla worked as a painter and decorator from 2003 onwards.

Entry into Politics

Joining the Alternative for Germany (AfD)

In 2015, Chrupalla joined the AfD, a right-wing political party in Germany.

Parliamentary Career

Election to the Bundestag

In the 2017 federal parliamentary elections, Chrupalla defeated Michael Kretschmer, a longstanding member of the Christian Democratic Union (CDU), in the electoral district of Görlitz (Saxony).
