He attended Pennridge High School and developed an interest in creating flash animations during his school years. Fulp continued his education at Drexel University in Philadelphia, where he also pursued his passion for rave parties and DJing.

Career
Fulp is the co-owner of the video game company 'The Behemoth' and the creator and administrator of Newgrounds, a popular Internet platform for flash animations and games. He was involved in creating the flash game 'Alien Hominid', which later became available on consoles, and the console video game 'Castle Crashers'.
Personal Life
Fulp married April Fulp on May 12, 2007, and they have two sons, Liam Fulp (born March 25, 2009) and Seth Fulp (born July 2011).
Newgrounds and Game Development
Fulp's interest in flash animation began during his childhood, where he drew aggressive illustrations and created short films for his classmates. As a teenager, he released a fanzine called 'New Ground' and became interested in computer animation using 'Amiga'. In his sophomore year, Fulp switched to homeschooling and registered a domain for his website, which he named 'New Ground Remix'. After graduating from high school, Fulp developed HTML games like 'Club A Seal' and 'Assassin' and uploaded them to his website.
In 2002, Fulp completed his studies at Drexel University and moved to Atlanta, Georgia. However, he returned to Pennsylvania after nine months to work on the development of the game 'Alien Hominid' with co-developer Dan Paladin. Fulp collaborated with other flash designers, including Dan Paladin, Krinkels, and Mockery, and took on the role of programmer while others handled the visual aspects.
Content and Criticism
Many of Fulp's flash games on Newgrounds feature aggressive and violent themes, such as school attacks, suicide, and characters physically assaulting children. Despite criticism, his games gained popularity, and Fulp collaborated with other designers to create multiple games and animations.
Awards and Recognition
Fulp's contributions to Newgrounds and game development have earned him numerous awards, including 17 'Daily Features', 6 'Weekly Users' Choice Awards', and one 'Review Crew Pick'. His games and animations have garnered over 83 million views on Newgrounds, excluding views on unofficial websites.
Role at Newgrounds
In addition to his work at 'The Behemoth' and creating his own content, Fulp serves as the CEO of Newgrounds. He frequently attends conventions, shares information about Newgrounds, interacts with designers, and manages the website's news and contests. Fulp's actions, content, and technical quality have received both praise and criticism within the industry.
