Born on April 7, 1980, in Ternopil, Ukraine, Vadim Pavlenko has made a mark as a skilled stuntman and actor.
Early Life and Training
From a young age, Pavlenko pursued martial arts and gymnastics, demonstrating his exceptional physical abilities. He earned a Candidate in Master of Sports in Kickboxing in 1996.
Career Beginnings in Entertainment
Pavlenko's career in show business began when he worked with a satirist and comedian. After touring in Belarus, he joined the Czech circus-tent "Warite Marion" as a laborer. Soon, he emerged as a circus artist, performing feats such as fire-handling, glass-walking, and interacting with snakes.
Military Service and the Iraq War
In 2003, Pavlenko joined the Ukrainian Armed Forces on contract. The following year, he was deployed to Iraq.
Transition to Stunt Work
In 2011, Pavlenko relocated to Saint Petersburg, Russia, where he found his calling in the film industry as a stuntman. He became a member of the "Union of Stuntmen and Workers of Stunt Genre" in Saint Petersburg and the Leningrad Region.
Recognition and Accolades
In 2015, Pavlenko was invited as a VIP guest to open the Year of Russian Cinema in the Chuvash Republic. He also participated in the IV International Cultural Forum in Saint Petersburg. In 2016, he joined the Guild of Stuntmen of Russia.
