Early Life and Education
Valentin Reznichenko was born in 1966. In 1994, he graduated from the State Metallurgical Academy, where he specialized in "Automation of Technological Processes and Production."
Career in Media and Business
After graduating, Reznichenko held various positions in the media industry. From 1996 to 2003, he worked for the Ukrainian Media Holding, where he led various divisions and projects focused on print, radio, and television.
In 2004, Reznichenko joined the subsidiary company Media First as its general director. He later served as director of Televizia „Dovirja“ from 2006 to 2011. Afterwards, he established and led Studio „Europozytiv“.
Government Appointments
In August 2014, Reznichenko was appointed general director of the Ukrainian State Radio Frequency Center. In February 2015, President Petro Poroshenko appointed him as the head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional State Administration.
Shortly after, Reznichenko was appointed acting head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration, a position he held until 2019. In 2020, he was reappointed to this role and continues to serve in that capacity today.

Reznichenko has received numerous awards and honors throughout his career. These include:

Sign of Distinction "For High Achievements in the Development of the System of Prevention and Combating the Legalization of Incomes Derived from Criminal Activities" (2nd and 1st degrees)
