Early Life and Education

Yuriy Nyemyrets was born in Ukraine and received his higher education from several prestigious institutions. In 2003, he graduated from the Ivan Franko Drohobych State Pedagogical University as a Manager-Marketer. The following year, he completed a program in Private Entrepreneurship at the Hungarian National Institute (Nyíregyháza). In 2006, he earned a Master's degree in Automobiles and Automotive Economics with Distinction from the Kharkiv National Automobile and Highway University.

Career in Business and Local Government

Prior to entering politics, Nyemyrets worked as a logistician in a private enterprise from 2007 to 2010. In December 2010, he became the Manager of Affairs for the Khust City Executive Committee. Concurrent with this role, he served as Chairman of the Khust City Branch of the "Front of Changes" public organization from July 2009 and Chairman of the Khust City Organization of the "Front of Changes" political party from December 2009.

Political Career

In 2010, Nyemyrets was elected as a member of the Zakarpattia Regional Council from the "Front of Changes" party. In the 2012 parliamentary elections, he was elected as a People's Deputy of Ukraine of the VII convocation from the All-Ukrainian Union "Fatherland", holding the 61st position on the party list. He became a member of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Agrarian Policy and Land Relations.

Following the 2014 Revolution of Dignity in Ukraine, Nyemyrets served as Chairman of the Zakarpattia Regional State Administration from March 2 to September 15, 2014. In the 2014 snap parliamentary elections, he was elected as a People's Deputy of Ukraine of the VIII convocation from the Popular Front party, where he held the 19th position on the party list. He became a member of the Verkhovna Rada faction of the "Popular Front" political party and served as Secretary of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Agrarian Policy and Land Relations.

Honors and Family

In October 2014, Nyemyrets was awarded a "Fort-17" pistol.
Nyemyrets is married and has two daughters.
