Early Career
Tomislav Androšić began his football career with NK Uljanik, later renamed NK Istra, in his hometown of Pula, Croatia. After making his professional debut with Uljanik, he moved to NK Zagreb in 1996. However, he returned to Uljanik in 1999.
Debut with Vorskla Poltava
In January 2003, Androšić joined FC Vorskla Poltava on trial. He participated in training camps in Crimea and Turkey before making his debut in the Ukrainian Premier League on March 23, 2003, against FC Obolon (1-0).
Injury and Departure from Vorskla
Androšić suffered an injury in the second half of the 2003/04 season, preventing him from playing for an extended period. In January 2005, Vorskla's coaching staff decided not to retain his services.
Return to Croatia and Retirement
After leaving Vorskla, Androšić moved to Austrian club FC Admira Wacker in the summer of 2005 where he spent one season before returning to NK Istra. He subsequently played for lower division Croatian clubs NK Jadran, NK Umag, NK Rovinj, NK Pazinka, and NK Mladost Rovinjsko Selo before retiring from professional football.
Coaching Career
Since 2015, Androšić has served as a youth coach for NK Rovinj, where he is responsible for the under-11 team.
