Vasili Ahmadov Aliyev: A Hero's Tale

Early Life and Education

Vasili Ahmadov Aliyev was born on January 15, 1959, in the town of Kubatly, Azerbaijan. He attended school from 1966 to 1976, where he excelled academically.

Military Service

In 1977, Aliyev was drafted into the Soviet Army. He served with distinction for several years, demonstrating his bravery and leadership qualities.

Defense of Karabakh

In 1989, Aliyev played a pivotal role in the defense of the villages of Seytas, Novlu, and Upper Jibikli during the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. He fought alongside Armenian forces, despite the ongoing tensions between the two countries.
