Viktor was born on September 2, 1940, in the Ukrainian city of Horlivka, Donetsk Oblast.

Acting Career in Kyiv

In 1965, Viktor graduated from the Kyiv State Institute of Theatrical Art with a degree in acting. He then joined the Kyiv Film Studio named after O.P. Dovzhenko, where he began his professional acting career.

International Collaborations

Viktor also collaborated with the DEFA film studio and appeared in television films in East Germany, including "Unsere Zeit ist Null" (Our Time is Zero), "Die Sonne brennt" (The Heat of the Sun), and "Kofferstimmung" (Mood in a Suitcase).

Later Career and Legacy

Viktor continued to act until his passing on March 4, 1999, in Kyiv. He left behind a legacy of memorable performances both in Ukrainian and international cinema.
