Tetyana Hladchenko was born on August 3, 1978, in Ukraine. She pursued her passion for the arts by graduating from the Dnipropetrovsk State Theater and Art College in 1999. Her educational journey continued at the Kyiv National University of Theater, Cinema, and Television, where she completed a degree in drama directing in 2009.

Hladchenko began her professional acting career at the Russian Drama Theater, where she worked from 1999 to 2007.
