Early Career in Kazakhstan

Anton Alexandrov began his ice hockey career in his hometown of Ust-Kamenogorsk, Kazakhstan. He played for Kaztsink-Torpedo, developing his skills and honing his craft.

Draft and International Representation

In 2004, Alexandrov was selected 83rd overall in the third round of the NHL Entry Draft by the St. Louis Blues. He also represented Kazakhstan internationally, participating in World Championships at the U-18, U-20, and senior levels. Notably, he holds the distinction of being the youngest player to ever participate in a World Junior Championship, making his debut at the age of 14 years and 363 days.

Alexandrov has spent considerable time in the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL).
