Early Life and Military Service

Viktor Shulgin was born on April 22, 1921. During World War II, he served in the Soviet Army from 1942 to 1943.

Theatre Career

After the war, Shulgin graduated from the Moscow City Theatrical School in 1944. He joined the front-line theater VTO under the direction of A. N. Arbuzov, before serving in the Magadan Musical Drama Theater named after M. Gorky from 1945.

Shulgin's theatrical career spanned various theaters:
