Early Life and Education
Born and raised in Ukraine, Ivanov is a graduate of the Kherson State Agrarian University, where he earned a degree in Civil Engineering.
Business Career
Prior to entering politics, Ivanov held various leadership positions in the agriculture industry. He served as Production Director at the agricultural enterprise "Agroproject-Yug" and was the director of two limited liability companies: "Kievnovbud" and "Bornmouth."
Political Involvement
Ivanov entered the political arena as a candidate for the "Servant of the People" party in the 2019 parliamentary elections. He successfully contested electoral district number 185, which encompasses several districts in the Kherson region.
Parliamentary Service
Elected as a member of the Ukrainian Parliament, Ivanov serves on the Committee on Organization of State Power, Local Self-Government, Regional Development, and City Planning. He is also a deputy co-chairman of the group for interparliamentary relations with the State of Israel. Additionally, he holds a position as a deputy member of the Permanent Delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation.
