Early Life and Education
Vasyl Leviytskyy'smusical talent emerged at a young age, performing on stage from the tender age of 6. After graduating from a piano-based music school, he compressed a seven-year music curriculum into three.
Musical Journey
From 1996 to 2001, Leviytskyy became a soloist for the "Dyvotsvit" ensemble, gracing stages in various countries. At 16, he enrolled in the S. Lyudkevych Lviv Musical College, pursuing both vocal and conducting careers.
In 2004, he transitioned to the Lviv Institute of Economics and Tourism. Around this time, the "Kontakt" band emerged, with Leviytskyy as its frontman. He triumphed in the "LG Karaoke" tour, winning in Lviv and Kyiv.
The "Chance" Factor
In 2006, Leviytskyy emerged victorious in Igor Kondratyuk's televised singing contest "Karaoke na Maidan." This success propelled him to the finals of the popular talent show "SHANS." Afterward, he assumed the stage name Vladislav(Vladislav) Leviytskyy, a moniker coined by Andriy "Kuzma" Kuzmenko of the band "Skryabin."
Producer Collaboration and Acclaim
Vladislav's partnership with producer Igor Talen yielded his participation in the musical "Pa." He then captured third place at the 2008"Slavic Bazaar" International Arts Festival in Vitebsk. In 2009, he became a laureate of the "New Wave" contest in Jurmala.
Eurovision Hopes and Television Appearances
2010 and 2011saw Vladislav as a finalist in the Ukrainian National Selections for the Eurovision Song Contest. He also featured in Philipp Kirkorov's show "SHO No. 1" with the "Phantoms of the Opera" group, leading them to second place.
Album Production and Legacy
Vladislav worked diligently on his debut album, releasing three music videos and launching his official website. He not only performed as a solo artist but also fronted his own band and collaborated with the dance music project "Bald Bros."
Untimely Demise
On July 2, 2015, Vladislav Leviytskyy's life was tragically cut short in a car accident near Zolochiv in Lviv Oblast.
