Musical Career

'The Vandals' is not the only prominent band that Fitzgerald has worked with. He played with 'Tenacious D' and 'Oingo Boingo' for a period of time. He also played bass in the band 'Dies Irae' with guitarist Jack Galbraith-Taylor and drummer Robert A. Smith. Fitzgerald later formed his own band called 'Totally Uncalled Four' and joined the hardcore punk band 'Don't No'. He also contributed as a guitarist and singer-songwriter to the project 'Xtra Large'.

Fitzgerald's talent was in high demand, and he worked with a diverse range of musicians, including Danny Elfman and Dweezil Zappa. He also wrote songs for 'No Doubt' and the film 'School of Rock'. Some of his string arrangements were featured on the album 'Crimson' by 'Alkaline Trio', and he performed several guitar songs for the feature film 'Team America: World Police'. Many still remember his incredible performance with the band 'Gherkin Raucous' and his participation in 'The Offspring' concert tour.
