Early Life and Education
Yuri Stytskovsky was born in 1960 in Odessa, Ukrainian SSR. He graduated high school with honors and went on to earn a degree in automation from the Odessa Polytechnic Institute. After graduating, Stytskovsky worked as a developer of computer programs for psychological support.
Career as a Comedian
In the early 1990s, Stytskovsky joined the Odessa comedy troupe "Maski" alongside Alexei Agopyan and Dmitry Shevchenko. The duo "Sweet Life" (Stytskovsky and Agopyan) became known for their portrayal of the President's security guard.
"Kalambur"
In 1996, Stytskovsky, Agopyan, and the clown group "F Store" (Tatiana Ivanova, Sergey Gladkov, and Vadim Nabokov) created the comedy magazine "Kalambur." Stytskovsky became the central figure of the show, hosting, writing sketches, and playing multiple roles, including the biker, the cook, the commodore, and the major.
Later Career
After "Kalambur" ended in 2001, Stytskovsky participated in various humorous projects. He directed the Russian sitcom "Druzhnaya Semeika" and produced the political satire show "Pupstya."
Personal Life
Stytskovsky was first married to actress Evelina Bledans. He is currently married to Irina Kozyr, who was the executive producer of "Kalambur." They have a son named Nikolai.
