Haji Ajar Kakhramanoghli was a landowner and deputy in the first State Duma.

Early Life and Career

Born into a noble family of landowners from Ardagan, Ajar was of Georgian descent and received an elementary education.

Election to the State Duma

On May 16, 1906, Ajar was elected as a deputy to the first State Duma from the Kars region. However, his election was contested, delaying his arrival in Saint Petersburg.

Involvement in the Duma

After arriving shortly before the Duma's dissolution, Ajar joined the Muslim Group. However, he made no significant contributions to the work of the parliament.
