Early Life and Education

Vakhtang Kikabidze was born on August 10, 1953 in Tbilisi, Georgia. He pursued his passion for theater at the Tbilisi Theater Institute named after Shota Rustaveli from 1970 to 1971. In 1976, he graduated from the prestigious Gerasimov Institute of Cinematography (VGIK) in Moscow, having studied under the renowned filmmakers Sergei Gerasimov and Tamara Makarova.

Acting Career

Kikabidze's acting journey began in earnest in 1976 when he joined the Tbilisi Film Actors Theater. His talent and charisma soon caught the attention of directors and audiences alike, leading him to perform in numerous films and stage productions.
