Early Life and Career

Aden Augambayev was born in the Shet District of the Karkaraly County. He began working at the age of 13 as a miner at the Spassky plant in the Akmola region. From 1917 to 1928, he worked as an agricultural laborer on farms in the Karaganda region. In 1928, he became a miner at the Uspensky mine.

Joining the Collective Movement

In 1929, Augambayev became one of the first members of the Eltay collective farm in the Voroshilov district. He remained with the collective farm until 1941, serving as the chairman of the board of the "Pervoe Maya" collective farm from 1941 to 1946.

Political and Administrative Roles

Augambayev was a member of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan since 1930. He was elected as a delegate to the 1st Congress of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan in 1937 and the 18th Congress of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) in 1939. He served as a deputy to the Voroshilov District Soviet and the Eltay Village Council from 1939 to 1947.

Post-War Career

From 1946 to 1954, Augambayev was the chairman of the Tokarevsky Village Council. He later served as the head of the Ushtiubinsky and Eltay Village Councils. From 1954 until his retirement, he served as the deputy chairman of the board of the "Pobeda" collective farm.

Recognition and Legacy

Augambayev was awarded the Order of the Red Banner of Labor, the Medal "For Labor Distinction," the Medal "For Valiant Labor in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945," and the Medal "For the Development of Virgin Lands." He was a respected figure in the local community and made significant contributions to the region's development.
