Early Life and EducationAlana de la Garza, an American fashion model and actress, was born on June 18, 1976, in Columbus, Ohio, to a Mexican father and an Irish mother. She was renowned for her beauty even in school, and it is no surprise that before completing her secondary education, she won her first title and crown as "Miss Photogenic." Her family later moved to Texas, and after graduating from high school, Alana found employment in a special education center for developmentally disabled children. This experience greatly impacted her, and she subsequently enrolled at the University of Texas to study Physical Therapy and Social Adaptation. However, acting had always been her passion since childhood, and she considered her studies as more of a hobby.
Acting Career
Alana's first film role dates back to 1999 when she appeared in an episode of the television series "Mortal Kombat: Conquest."
