Darija Kisic Tepavcevic: A Serbian Political Leader

Darija Kisic Tepavcevic is a prominent Serbian politician serving as a member of the National Assembly of Serbia for the Serbian Progressive Party (SNS).

Early Life and Education

Tepavcevic was born in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, in 1976. She completed her secondary education at the Economic High School in Belgrade and later studied philology at the University of Belgrade.

Political Career

Tepavcevic's political journey began with the establishment of the Serbian Progressive Party. She became a member of the party's Central Committee and played a key role in its development.

Member of Parliament

In 2012, Tepavcevic was elected as a member of the National Assembly from the Serbian Progressive Party. She served as the Chairperson of the Foreign Affairs Committee. In 2016, she was re-elected during early parliamentary elections.

Foreign Affairs

As the Vice-Chairperson of the Foreign Affairs Committee in the National Assembly, Tepavcevic oversees Serbia's diplomatic relations. She is also the Head of the Serbian delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE).
