Alessandro Crescenzi
Alessandro Crescenzi is an Italian footballer who plays as a defender for Pescara.
Early Career
Born in Rome, Italy, Crescenzi began his football career with Marino 90. He later moved to Lodiggiani and eventually joined Roma's youth academy.
Roma Debut
In the 2008/09 season, Crescenzi was promoted to Roma's first team. He made his Serie A debut on 15 March 2009, in a 2-2 draw against Sampdoria.
Loan Spells
Over the next few seasons, Crescenzi was sent on loan to various clubs to gain experience. He spent time with Grosseto, Crotone, Bari, and Pescara.
Further Loan Moves
In 2013, Crescenzi was loaned to Novara. After returning to Roma, he was once again sent out on loan, this time to Sassuolo.
International Career
At the international level, Crescenzi represented Italy at the U-18, U-19, and U-21 levels. He made his U-21 debut in a 2-2 draw against Austria in 2009.
Pescara Transfer
On 2 August 2012, Crescenzi joined Pescara on a permanent basis. He has since become a mainstay in the team's defense.
