Early Career

Viktor Antonenkowas born in Ukraine and began his professional football career with the club "Bumazhnik". He later moved to "Systema-Boreks"(Borodyanka), where he gained prominence during the 2001/2002 season. Antonenko led the team to victory in the Second League and emerged as the top scorer in Group B with an impressive 17 goals.

Move to "Illyichevets"

In April 2003, he played a single match for "Systema-KHP"before joining "Illyichevets"Mariupol in early 2004. Despite failing to break into the first team, Antonenko featured for "Illyichevets-2"and the reserve team. In the 2005/2006 season, he showcased his scoring prowess by becoming the top scorer in the Ukrainian youth championship, netting 20 goals in 25 appearances.

Breakthrough with "Obolon"

In January 2007, Antonenko transferred to Kyiv's "Obolon". He made his debut on March 20, 2007, in a match against "Volyn"Lutsk (2:1). Antonenko played a pivotal role in helping "Obolon"earn promotion to the Premier League during the 2008/2009 season. However, his contract with the club expired in early 2010, and he subsequently left the team.
