Early Career

Aleksandr Prudnikov is a Russian footballer who plays as a forward for Spartak Moscow. He began his career with Spartak Moscow's youth academy and played for the club's reserve team.

International Success

In 2006, Prudnikov was part of the Russian team that won the UEFA European Under-17 Championship. He also captained the Russian under-19 team that won the Meridian Cup in the same year.

Debut for Spartak Moscow

Prudnikov made his debut for Spartak Moscow's first team on April 8, 2007, coming on as a substitute against Luch-Energiya Vladivostok and scoring the winning goal. He became a regular member of the youth squad and earned a call-up to the senior national team in 2008.

Loan Spells

To gain more playing time, Prudnikov was loaned out to Terek Grozny in 2009 and Sparta Prague in 2010. However, he failed to make a significant impact at either club.

Return to Spartak Moscow

Prudnikov returned to Spartak Moscow in 2010 but was mostly limited to playing for the reserve team. He was included in the squad for the UEFA Champions League group stage but did not make an appearance.

Further Loan Spells

In search of regular playing time, Prudnikov was loaned out to Tom Tomsk in 2010 and Ufa in 2011. At Ufa, he competed in the Russian Second Division.

Recent Career

Prudnikov has continued to play professionally for various clubs, including Yenisey Krasnoyarsk, Rostov, and Neftekhimik Nizhnekamsk. He has also represented the Russian national team at the youth levels.
