Mauricio Andrés Ricardo Lara Alarcón was born on June 22, 1949, in Santiago, Chile. He began his football career at the local club Unión Española, where he played as a midfielder.
International Career
Chilean National Team DebutLara made his international debut for the Chilean national team on November 27, 1968, in a match against Argentina that ended in a 0-4 loss.
