Early Life and Education
Major General __ was born on July 18, 1955, in the village of Kurkaldzhino, Kazakhstan. From 1970 to 1972, he attended the Sverdlovsk Suvorov Military School. In 1976, he graduated from the Alma-Ata Higher Combined Arms Command School.
Early Military Career
He began his military service as a platoon commander in the Group of Soviet Forces in Germany. He subsequently held positions as company commander, battalion staff chief, battalion commander, deputy regimental commander, deputy commander of a tank division, and commander of an army corps in GSVG. In 1989, he graduated from the M.V. Frunze Military Academy.
Service in the Kazakh Armed Forces
Following his graduation from the academy, he served in the Turkestan Military District. From January 1993, he held various officer positions in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan. From 1996 to 1997, he served as Chief of Staff of the Kazakh Armed Forces. From 1997 to 2000, he commanded the Motorized Rifle Military Training Center.
Senior Leadership
From August 2000 to January 2002, he was the Commander of the Southern Military District. From March 2002 to November 2003, he was the Head of the Almaty Higher Military School of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan. From November 2003, he served as the CIS Military Cooperation Coordinator for the Republic of Kazakhstan and Military Attaché.
From September 2007 to November 2008, he was the Head of the Military Institute of the Ground Forces. From November 2008 to February 2012, he was the Commander of the Regional Command "South".
