Anastasiya Radina: A Champion of Anti-Corruption in Ukraine

Education and Career:

Anastasia Radina, a Ukrainian expert in combatting corruption and legal and judicial reform, graduated with honors from the Law Faculty of Vadim Hetman Kyiv National Economic University and the Philosophy Faculty of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. As an expert in tax legislation, she played a pivotal role in the establishment of the High Anti-Corruption Court of Ukraine.

From 2016 to 2019, Radina served as the Head of Advocacy Programs at the Anti-Corruption Action Center. She has also been involved in the USAID Ukraine "Citizens in Action" project.

Political Involvement:

In 2019, Radina was elected as a Member of the Ukrainian Parliament (Verkhovna Rada) as part of the "Servant of the People" party. She has since served as a member of the Committee on Legal Reform and the National Council for Anti-Corruption Policy.

Anti-Corruption Efforts:

Radina is a member of the Ukrainian delegation to the Council of Europe's Group of States against Corruption (GRECO). She has been a staunch advocate for the creation of an independent and effective anti-corruption infrastructure in Ukraine.

Recognition and Honors:

In 2021, Radina was awarded the Order of Princess Olga, Third Class, in recognition of her contributions to the fight against corruption.
