Early Life and Family
Anastasiia Serdiuk was born on April 7, 1968, in Kyiv, Ukraine, into a family of actors. Her father, Les Serdiuk, was a renowned actor and People's Artist of Ukraine, while her mother, Iryna Bunina, was also a People's Artist of Ukraine. She has a brother named Les, who pursued a career in film but subsequently left the industry for business.
Anastasiia's parents divorced when she was young, and she distanced herself from her famous father. Les Serdiuk expressed regret over their estrangement, stating that he respected her artistic career but acknowledged the rift between them.
Education and Theater Career
Anastasiia graduated from the Kyiv State Institute of Theatrical Arts named after Karpenko-Kary in 1991. Upon graduating, she joined the National Academic Theater of Russian Drama named after Lesia Ukrainka, where she has been an active member of the company ever since.
Film Debut and Career
Anastasiia Serdiuk made her acting debut in 1990 in the film "Moi Liudi," where she played the lead role of Inna. She subsequently appeared in "Kaznennye Rassvety" (1995), but her acting career took a hiatus for several years.
She returned to the screen in 2000 and has since established herself as a prominent actress in Ukrainian cinema. In 2006, she starred in "Sokrovishche" (Treasure), followed by "Tochka Vozvrata" (Point of No Return) in 2007 and "Poslednee Delo Kazanovy" (Casanova's Last Case) in 2011.
Among her notable works are "Serdtsu Ne Prikazhesh" (Heart Don't Be Guided), "Ne Toropi Lyubov!" (Don't Rush Love), "Medovaya Lyubov" (Honey Love), and "Angel ili Demon" (Angel or Demon). In 2016, she played one of the lead roles in the romantic drama "40+, ili Geometriya Lyubvi" (40+, or the Geometry of Love).
