Education and Early Career

The Ukrainian composer and pianist studied at the Lysenko Kyiv Secondary Special Music Boarding School from 1989 to 1996. He then graduated with honors from the National Tchaikovsky Academy of Music of Ukraine in 1996, majoring in piano under Professor V. O. Kozlov and composition under Professor I. F. Karabits.

Master Classes and Awards

The composer has participated in several master classes, including "Composition Techniques" in Macedonia (1999) and "Avantgardescwaz" in Austria (2000). In 2004, he received a scholarship from the "Gaude Polonia" program in Poland. He is also a prize winner in the Ukrainian Composers' Competition named after I. and M. Kotz (1994) and the international competition for the "Creation of a Chamber Opera on Biblical Plots" (2003).

International Performances

The composer has participated in various international festivals of contemporary music, including "Musical Premieres of the Season," "Kyiv Music Fest," and "Forum of Young Music." He has also performed as part of the "New Music in Ukraine" ensemble since 2006.

From May 2009 to September 2010, the composer served as the Head of Management for the public organization "Wikimedia Ukraine."
