Early Life and EducationAndrey Dmitriyev was born on 12 May 1981 in Minsk, Belarus. He completed his military service in 2000-2001 and earned a degree in Political Science from the European Humanities University in 2015, focusing on political science and public administration.
Business and Activism
In 2008, Dmitriyev founded the School of Young Managers of State Administration (SYMPA). He also owned and operated his own business. His activism involves advocating for citizens' rights, facilitating self-organization, and promoting local self-governance.
Political Career
United Civil Party:- Joined in 2001 and served until 2012
- Led the Moscow District organization in Minsk
- Became the party's international secretary in 2007
