Early Life and Career
In 1918, Ukrainian Soviet theater actress, made her debut at the Ternopil Theater. In 1920, she relocated to the Ukrainian SSR and joined the "Kyidramte" theater troupe.
Collaboration with "Berezil"
In 1922, she became a member of the creative association "Berezil." Alongside the theater, she moved to Kharkiv. Following the disintegration of the theater and the arrest of Les Kurbas, she remained with the troupe.
Ukrainian Dramatic Theater
From 1935, she performed at the Ukrainian Dramatic Theater named after Shevchenko in Kharkiv. In 1937, her husband was arrested and subsequently executed as a member of a fictitious "Ukrainian nationalist terrorist organization."
Repression and Imprisonment
On May 8, 1938, she was arrested as a family member of an enemy of the people. On June 2, 1938, she was sentenced to five years in a labor camp and exile. She was rehabilitated in 1956.
