Antonia Johnson, the chairman of The Axel Johnson Group, belongs to the fourth generation of the well-known family business. The global conglomerate was founded in 1873 by Antonia's great-grandfather, and since then, the organization has always been led by individuals who are determined, organized, and goal-oriented. Antonia is no exception.

In 1982, following in her father's footsteps, Antonia Johnson took on the role of chairman of the company. Nothing escapes the attention of this meticulous leader, despite the vast scale of the business. Currently, The Axel Johnson Group is engaged in various segments, including industrial goods trading (especially for corporate clients), energy and equipment, real estate, and retail food sales.
Antonia received her education at Radcliffe College, one of the seven prestigious colleges on the East Coast of the United States, and at Cambridge. In addition, she obtained a master's degree in psychology and economics from Stockholm University. She was awarded an honorary doctorate in civil law from Bishop's University in Canada and also holds a doctorate from Middlebury College in Vermont.
Currently, Antonia not only manages a successful business company but also actively participates in various other activities. She serves on the boards of several organizations, including investment company Nordstjernan AB, construction company NCC AB, the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF), Axel Johnson AB, Axel Johnson Inc, Axfood AB, Mekonomen AB, and others. Since 2001, she has also been the chairman of the Swedish Equestrian Federation's Horse Riding Committee. Antonia Johnson's achievements were recognized by Forbes, a globally renowned publication, which included her name in the list of the top 100 most powerful women in the business world.
Despite being over sixty years old, Antonia's age has not affected her level of activity. On the contrary, she remains organized, constructive, and promptly resolves production issues.
