Rađa was part of the Yugoslav team that won the silver medal at the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona. His contributions to the team helped solidify his status as a rising star in international basketball.

European Success

At the club level, Rađa achieved notable triumphs. He played for the Greek team Panathinaikos, winning the Greek Cup in the 1995-1996 season. In 2000, he joined Zadar in Croatia and led the team to victory in the Krešimir Ćosić Cup.
