Biography of Arina Sharapova
Arina Sharapova is a Russian television presenter and journalist who has faced much adversity from the press. Countless rumors have circulated about her, including false claims of her pregnancy, which she had to refute through newspapers. Despite this, Sharapova has expressed her desire to have a second child. There were also rumors of her association with Korzhakov, but she denied any connection. Other gossip suggested that she owned a yacht in the Amazon, had a Dior store in her closet, and was covered in diamonds. While she remains silent about the diamonds, she clarifies that she does not have any Dior dresses. Instead, in the past, she would have her clothes made by the tailor Raissa Gorbacheva. Contrary to rumors, she does not own a yacht or any real estate. In both winter and summer, Sharapova lives with her husband in a rented dacha in Ilyinsky. However, the speculation about her animosity with Svetlana Sorokina seems to be true, as their on-air behavior and styles greatly differ. Witnesses have even claimed that when they encountered each other in the same beauty salon, both journalists were deeply offended. Since then, one of them has never set foot in that salon again.

Arina Sharapova was born under the sign of Gemini. When her parents decided to register her as Arina, they faced resistance at the registry office, as they were told that such a name did not exist and were advised to register her as Irina. Despite having to pay a fine, they insisted on the name Arina. Arina loves cats, Moscow, and the writer Bulgakov. In her childhood, she wanted to become a school teacher. In her youth, she would run to the cemetery and use a slingshot to knock down street lamps. At that time, she was not known for being graceful and could easily devour a kilogram of truffles in one sitting. She still adores bun cakes. She does not follow diets and her favorite dish is fried potatoes with meat. Her favorite drink is gin and tonic. She has two higher educations: a degree from the Philosophy Faculty of Moscow State University and another from INION. However, she occasionally refers to herself as a sociologist. At the age of 17, Arina worked in a library where she met her first husband, journalist Sergey Alliluyev, who is distantly related to Stalin's wife. By the age of 19, she became a mother. She began her television career at RTR and has fond memories of Oleg Popov, who offered her a position as a government correspondent. She enthusiastically recalls accompanying then-Prime Minister Gaidar on trips, experiencing various obstacles and weather conditions. Over time, Sharapova became a presenter on "Vesti" and caught the attention of ORT. According to Arina, it took a long time for them to convince her to switch channels, with efforts from "Vid," Ernst, and Berezovsky himself. She resisted for almost a year until she finally informed RTR, which led to some drama and resistance from her colleagues. However, Sharapova eventually made the move she wanted. To her surprise, she found that she had nothing to do on Channel One. After six months, she became the host of the program "Vremya," but felt uncomfortable on air for some reason. Meanwhile, viewers sent angry letters to the editorial office, expressing their impatience. Eventually, they accepted the inevitable, and Arina got used to her role. However, another misfortune struck on August 30, 1998, at 6 pm when Sergey Dorenko came and said, "I will be hosting Vremya from today." Sharapova pondered whether to fight for her place or change her career path. She stated, "Not long ago, I realized that I want to work in charitable organizations or create my own. I think the time has come to seriously engage in this." However, it turned out that the time had not yet come, and progress was moving slowly. In any case, Sharapova remained on television and embarked on the ambitious project "Arina." However, she was dissatisfied with the conditions offered by ORT and submitted the pilot cassette to NTV instead. While the show received positive feedback from NTV, critical TV critics accused the host of insincerity. Ultimately, "Arina" did not last long.

Despite these challenges, Sharapova's natural optimism is truly remarkable. Her current husband, Kirill Legat, who is an authoritative figure in television, likely contributes to her strength of spirit. Today, Arina continues to work on TV-6 as if nothing happened. She is also the president of "Arina Sharapova's School of Arts and Media Technologies."
