Varlamov's Early Years
1970:Varlamov began his career as a general laborer in the collective farm "Put Lenina" in the village of Chausovo Vtoroe.
1972-1974:He served in the Soviet army.
Education and Professional Career1974-1980:Varlamov pursued a degree in Economics and Law at the Patrice Lumumba University of Peoples' Friendship in Moscow.
1980-1989:After graduating, he held various legal positions in Moscow and the Moscow region.
1988:Varlamov founded the private enterprise "Cascade."
2001:He became General Director of the joint-stock company "Spauld."Entrepreneurial Ventures
1998:Varlamov co-founded and established several enterprises under the banner "Kornachikhov": "Agrofirma Kornachikhov," "Yurydichna Firma Kornachikhov," and "Stroifirma Kornachikhov."
2002:He took the helm as head of "Agrofirma Kornachikhov."
Political Career2007:Varlamov served as an advisor to the Head of the Secretariat of the President of Ukraine.
2007-2008:He was Acting Deputy Chairman for Agro-Industrial Complex of the Mykolaiv Regional State Administration.
2008:Varlamov became the head of the public organization "Krestiansky Front" (Peasant Front).
2012 and 2013:He ran as a candidate for the Verkhovna Rada (Ukrainian Parliament) for the "Batkivshchyna" party.
November 2014:Varlamov was elected as a People's Deputy of Ukraine on behalf of the "Petro Poroshenko Bloc" party, representing constituency No. 132. He became a member of the Committee on Agrarian Policy and Land Relations and the Special Control Commission on Privatization.
