In the following years, he delved into his professional career, assuming various roles within the National Bank of Kazakhstan (1994-1996) and ATF Bank (1996-1998).

Arystanov's banking experience blossomed at the Народный Банк Казахстана, where he served as first deputy director of the regional branch, head of the Credit Department and managing director, and director of the Credit Risk Department. From 2000 to 2006, Arystanov played a pivotal role at Kazpost, an esteemed postal service provider in Kazakhstan. He ascended the ranks from Deputy Chairman of the Board to Chairman of the Board, steering the company to new heights. Concurrently, he chaired the Council of Postal Operators of the Regional Commonwealth in the Field of Communications.

Founding the Regional Financial Center

In February 2006, Arystanov took on the momentous responsibility of founding the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation of the Regional Financial Center in the city of Almaty.
