Biography of Artem Levin

Artem Levin is a Russian athlete, a professional middleweight Muay Thai and kickboxing fighter. He has won several world championships and tournaments in both amateur and professional levels. Known among his fans as "Lev," Artem Levin was born in Prokopyevsk, Kemerovo Oblast, Russia. At the age of 10, he became interested in Muay Thai and also played basketball. His first coach was Oleg Petrovsky, and currently, Levin is trained by Vitaliy Viktorovich Miller. He competes in both amateur and professional levels, primarily focusing on Muay Thai. However, he has also fought according to regular boxing rules, winning against Vladimir Chuklin. At the age of 25, Levin has achieved numerous important and prestigious titles. He is an honored master of sports and an international master of sports. In 2003, Levin won the Russian Championship, the World Championship, and the Championship of Russia. In 2004, he became the European Champion, the Russian Champion, and won the Russian Cup. Levin also won the Russian Championship in 2005 and achieved a convincing victory at the WMF World Championship in the same year. In 2006, he once again won the WMF, this time taking the World Cup. From 2006 to 2008, Artem became the champion of the International Federation of Muaythai Amateur (IFMA). In 2008, he emerged victorious in the Russian qualifying tournament held within the reality show "The Contender Asia" and won the "Battle of Champions" tournament. Both of these tournaments belonged to the professional level. In 2009, Artem reached the final of the TATNEFT Cup tournament but was defeated by Alexander Stetsurenko. Currently, Levin has a record of 47 professional fights, winning 44 times (with only 11 victories by decision) and losing only three times.
