Early Life and Career

Artur Drozdov, a professional basketball player, was born on October 23, 1980, in Yakutsk, Russia. His passion for basketball began at a young age, and he trained at the Youth Sports School in Donetsk, Ukraine. At the age of 17, he joined the Avtodor Saratov team in Russia.

Dominance in France

In 2000, Drozdov crossed borders to join the French club Pau-Orthez. For six seasons, he played a pivotal role in the team's success, earning the title of France's Best Player in 2002. Under his leadership, Pau-Orthez became French champions thrice, from 2000-2004.

Return to Ukraine

In 2006, Drozdov returned to Ukraine and signed with BK Kiev. As the team's captain, he reached the finals of the Ukrainian Cup in 2007 and the Playoffs in 2007 and 2008, solidifying his status as a national star.

Triumph in Italy

Following the financial collapse of BK Donetsk in 2010, Drozdov joined BC Budivelnyk. His exceptional performance earned him the accolade of "Best Forward of the 2010 Season." In August 2010, he ventured into Italy, signing with Vanoli Cremona.

Personal Life
