Early Life and Career

Artur Kaskov is a Ukrainian footballer who currently plays as a striker for Metalurh Zaporizhzhia. He began his football journey at the academy of Metalurh Zaporizhzhia, rising through the ranks to become a promising young player.

Debut and Rise to Prominence

Kaskov made his debut in the Ukrainian Premier League on March 15, 2009, in a match against Dynamo Kyiv. Despite coming on as a substitute in the 88th minute, Metalurh Zaporizhzhia suffered a 1-3 home defeat. However, he showed his potential a few weeks later, scoring the winning goal in a 2-1 victory over Metalurh Donetsk on May 23, 2009. In total, Kaskov played in four matches during the 2008/09 Ukrainian Premier League season, scoring two goals.

Relegation and Loan Spell

Unfortunately, Metalurh Zaporizhzhia struggled in the following season, finishing last in the 2010/11 Ukrainian Premier League and being relegated to the Ukrainian First League. Kaskov's promising career took a slight dip as the team faced challenges.

In an attempt to gain more playing time and experience, Kaskov was sent on loan to FC Chornomorets Odesa on June 17, 2011. His loan spell lasted until December 12, 2011, when he returned to Metalurh Zaporizhzhia at the end of the loan agreement.
