Bella Ogurtsov is a Ukrainian drag diva, radio, and television presenter. In addition to her performances at the club, Bella also has a passion for music and recorded her first solo album in early 2006.

Early Life and Education
Bella Ogurtsov, whose real name is Vladimir, was born in 1976 in the Donetsk region of Ukraine. After completing school, Vladimir studied psychology at Cherkasy National University and also graduated from the Faculty of Foreign Literature through correspondence. After university, Vladimir taught psychology at Cherkasy Medical College for two years.

Career Beginnings
In 2000, Vladimir left his job and moved to Kiev. Upon arrival, he worked on a construction site for six months before becoming a DJ at the "Hollywood" nightclub. It was during this time that the drag diva Monroe performed at the club with her show. Seeing one of these performances, Vladimir decided to try his hand in this genre, and thus the drag diva Bella Ogurtsov was born.

Music and Radio Career
In addition to her club performances, Bella also developed a passion for music and recorded her first solo album in early 2006. In the same year, the radio station "Lux FM" asked Bella to help organize their birthday celebration and was impressed by her talent, inviting her to host an entertainment program. Following this, Bella was invited to various television shows as a presenter. In November 2011, she began hosting the evening "Yo Show" on "Russian Radio."
