Najdorf actively participated in the Argentine Championships throughout his career. His highest achievement was sharing 3rd to 5th place in the 1961 edition. He also made a mark on the international circuit. In Mar del Plata, he secured a notable 3rd place in 1964. Additionally, he competed in the 5th Pan-American Championship in Havana (1966) and two American Continental Championships (2003 and 2005).
