Early Career and Move to Andorra

Carlos Peppe began his professional career as a midfielder for the Uruguayan club Defensor Sporting. In 2004, he joined the team Cerrito and later moved to the Andorran side FC Santa Coloma in 2007.

UEFA Intertoto Cup and Success with FC Santa Coloma

In June 2007, Peppe made an appearance for FC Santa Coloma in the UEFA Intertoto Cup, scoring a goal against Bosnia's FK Slavija. The team ultimately lost in both legs and exited the tournament.

In September 2009, FC Santa Coloma won the Andorran Super Cup with a 2-1 victory over FC Santa Coloma. Peppe's performance that season earned him the recognition of UEFA as the 2009/10 Andorran Player of the Year.
