Carolina Acevedo, an accomplished Colombian actress, is the daughter of Ricardo Acevedo, a former deputy national police officer, and Sylvia Rojas, a cosmetologist. Her younger sister is Marcela.
Early Career and Breakthrough
Acevedo's acting journey commenced in 1993 with her role in the telenovela "De Pies a Cabeza." She went on to star in numerous other series, including "Madres" (1998) and "Tabú" (1999). Her breakthrough came in 2000 when she landed her first lead role in the telenovela "Pobre Pablo."
Continued Success and Recognition
