Carolynn Anderson: The Scouse Pammie
Carolynn Anderson, a devoted Pam Anderson enthusiast from Liverpool, has spent over £28,000 on breast augmentations, brow lifts, fillers, Botox, and teeth whitening to transform herself into the 'world's best lookalike'.

Nicknamed 'Scouse Pammie', 31-year-old Carolynn continues to invest heavily in Botox treatments to maintain her resemblance to the former 'Baywatch' star. For the past 16 years, the model and presenter has dedicated her life to this unusual mission.

Mimicking the Icon
In her quest to mirror her idol, the Liverpudlian recently starred in a series of short films exploring the lengths fans go to resemble their idols. Carolynn states, "If you're trying to look like someone for, say, two years, it's not just a phase anymore. Pam Anderson is an icon, a sex symbol for millions. I'm the Scouse Pammie; that's what I've gone by for about four years now."
Surgical Enhancement
Undergoing Botox injections every six months, the Liverpool native with long blonde hair, 32DD breasts, and a slim figure believes the 48-year-old actress would "definitely" recognize her as her doppelgänger. Obsessed with Pam, Carolynn has 'perfected' her image through surgery. She has undergone nine breast enhancement procedures, some to correct botched surgeries. The Liverpudlian also uses lip fillers, teeth whitening, and other non-surgical treatments.
The Inspiration
"I grew up watching 'Baywatch'," Carolynn explains. "I was mesmerized by how Pam Anderson looked. She's like a human cartoon character."
Initially inspired to change her appearance at the age of 14, Carolynn began dyeing her hair blonde. Her father mentioned her resemblance to Pam, and from then on, "it just snowballed from there." It wasn't long before Carolynn opted for her first cosmetic surgery.
Setbacks and Complications
Carolynn admits her journey to becoming Scouse Pammie hasn't always been smooth. "My first breast surgery was when I was 20," she recalls. "It was supposed to give me more confidence, but it actually did the opposite."
"After a couple of months, I realized my boobs were sitting funny. One of them had started to go downhill."
Instead of seeking medical attention, Carolynn continued to visit tanning salons excessively, a decision that had devastating consequences.
"I was obsessed with the Pam Anderson tan. At one point, I was going four times a week and I was having sessions of up to 16 minutes. There were times when I felt like I was burning the skin off my back."
For her breasts, which were already sensitive and scarred by the implants, the excessive tanning proved disastrous.
"Eventually, the skin started to scab and went really hard. The implants were just bubbling up and I ended up getting an infection."
"I got complications with my left one," Carolynn recalls. "The infection got into the implant, so they had to remove it."
"I walked around with one implant for about three months. It was the weirdest feeling I've ever had. The first time it happened, I felt really lopsided."
The infection eventually spread to her right breast, necessitating the removal of its implant as well.
"They had to do a cut-out to get it and stitch it all back up," Carolynn continues. "I've had about eight procedures to get to where I am now."
Despite the complications, Scouse Pammie is determined to increase her breast size by a cup or two, believing it will make her "complete."
Eternal Pursuit of Beauty
"Keeping yourself looking good is a full-time job," Carolynn concludes. "It might seem extreme to some people, but I'm prepared to do whatever it takes to keep up this image."
"I am like the ultimate Pam Anderson tribute act. Well, that's how I feel, anyway."
"I'm the world's best Pam Anderson lookalike. The best Liverpool version of Pam, anyway."
