Chad Lowe was born on January 15, 1968, in Dayton, Ohio, USA. At the age of 15, Chad asked a friend of his father's, the popular actor Martin Sheen, how to become as famous as him. Martin Sheen smiled wryly, scratched the back of his head thoughtfully, and replied, "Don't try to become like me. Just live cinema. When cinema becomes your way of life, success will come naturally." This answer was quite philosophical, but to bring his dream closer to reality, Chad decided to complement Martin Sheen's advice by signing a contract with an agent.

The Road to Recognition

Chad's agent did not disappoint, and just six months later, Lowe was offered a role in the NBC documentary film "Flight 90: Disaster over Potomac."
